Selection of a South African Control Line Team for World Championship events.

Team Members are required to have a South African passport in order to qualify for South African Colors.The team should be finalized 9 months before the event.

F2B Team selection depends on performance at the SA Nationals, the Art Adamisin F2B Cup and SA F2B Masters. Points are awarded for final overall position at these three events as follows.

6th ........................1

The aggregate of the best two results will determine the team.

Any tied position will be decided by the final overall position at the SA F2B Masters. The ultimate tie breaker will be the highest discarded score at this event.

One junior F2B team member may be selected. Selectors will consider the results of the juniors at the SA F2B Masters, the capability displayed, and the availability of a suitable support system.

F2A, F2C and F2D - Team selection methodology for these events is not specified at present. If anyone wishes to represent SA at the World Championships in one of these events, they must request the support of SAMAA. At this time SAMAA will specify the selection criteria. Once the team has demonstrated their competence SAMAA will approve the team selection.
