To get to the flying site you leave Hermanus towncentre towards Cape Town, within a couple of minutes you will notice some labourers cottages up ahead on your right and an Engen garage a little bit down the left side of the road. Once there you should notice a road running up the hill on the right just before these cottages. The entrance is flanked by two large white pillars that read "Rotary Way". If you hit the suburb Onrust , you would have gone to far. You take this road and wind up the hill for two or three minutes. As you approach the top, keep an eye out for a big radio mast. We fly from right next to it. Please don't park on areas where we have blocked it with barrier tape , conservation of the fynbos is of paramount importance.
